What makes a person a chossid of the Rebbe?

It’s often asked what exactly makes someone a Chabad Chossid? There are invariably many answers to the question. Is it someone who does Chitas, someone who wears a full beard and a koppata on Shabbos? Someone who learns chassidus Chabad. Someone who does the Rebbe's mivtzoim. But the real answer is a person who is connected to the Rebbe is a Chossid of the Rebbe. When a person is connected to the Rebbe and he does what the Rebbe has instructed one to do this is in truth what a Chossid is. A person can be just starting out on her journey to yiddishkeit and all she is doing is lighting Shabbos candles on Friday night, but since she is doing it because the Rebbe has asked her to do it then she is a Chossid of the Rebbe. And if a bochur in a Chabad yeshiva goes on mivtzoim on Friday or studies chassidus because this is what the Rebbeim have instructed as the sedder of the yeshiva then he is a Chossid of the Rebbe. The more one connects to the Rebbe the more he feels himself to be a true Chossid of his.  And then obviously the more one is connected then automatically he will do Chitas, learn chassidus, love his fellow and bring them closer to the Torah, etc. etc. Have a good Shabbos.

What is the proof of God's existence?

Just think of the chutzpa of the world denying God's presence in the world. What is the one thing that proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that God - Almighty exists? The fact that the all of the Jewish Nation from the youngest to the oldest stood at Mount Sinai and experienced and thereby witnessed an unprecedented Godly revelation. Each and every Jewish person who was there was able to point with his finger and day there is God, He spoke to me, and commanded me in the Torah and its commandments. Case closed. The event occurred. Nothing to argue with, The Torah itself which records this event is the proof of the events existence. The fact is if it hadn't have happened it would be impossible to invent such a story as is known that you can invent an event that one or a few people claim to have seen but you cannot invent one that a whole Nation consisting of many hundreds of thousands and millions of people have experienced.

So there we have it, looking at the Torah a person could say this is so Godly and so beyond my understanding that it’s obviously made by a

Super- Being and it does seem that way, but there is still a small doubt that remains for perhaps whoever has written is was in fact just way above my understanding but still not God, heaven forbid. But, when we consider what really occurred that every one of the Jewish people actually experienced this event and witnessed it and has been teaching it to his and her children ever since we have to say that whomever denies the revelation at Sinai and thereby God, is simply living in a delusion and a fog and denying the simple truth.

So let us all ponder on this turn off our television sets, throw out the garbage from our lives and accept the One and Only truth of Hashem's Unity.

Have a great day and tell us what you think.

when will the master come already!!!

how much longer must we struggle in this earth before moshiach comes?
we have already done all that is necessary to bring him.
Now God has to have mercy on us and bring him already.
This is the way I feel about the situation.
Look how crazy things are around us (no need to describe even, for everyone has what to be stressed out about in their respective lives) but here we are still trying our best to make a difference in the world.
It feels better just expressing my feelings on the subject for truth is thank God we have a lot to be thankful for as well.

Here is Moshiach's coming right now!!!

My conversation with an environmentalist

Top Four Reasons Why Torah Judaism is Environmentally Friendly and in Touch with Nature:

Firstly, many men don't shave their beards which is the way "nature designed man to be", shaving is going against nature.
Secondly, we dunk in a mikvah, with water that came from rain or a large body of water such as a lake or an ocean.
Thirdly, and most importantly when we observe Shabbos we don't disturb nature at all. We don't make fire, turn lights on or off, or tear letters (such as when paper is torn).
We let nature rest and we rest.
And last but not least, we don't cut down fruit bearing trees and we don't waste resources as proscribed by the Torah's commandment of bal tashkis.

A gut voch. (Have a good week)

God-World, Kel Olam.

And he planted an eishel in Beer-Sheba, and he called there in the name of the Lord, the God of the world.

וַיִּטַּע אֶשֶׁל בִּבְאֵר שָׁבַע וַיִּקְרָא שָׁם בְּשֵׁם יְ־הֹוָ־ה אֵל עוֹלָם

Abraham our forefather planted a eishel tree, Rashi says it was either an orchard to feed fruits to the guests or it was an inn to house the wayfarers.

What's interesting here is that Abraham called God's name אֵל עוֹלָם  meaning God-World and not God of the World. The world is not a separate entity from God but the world and God are one thing united. It's like the rays of the sun when they are still in the sun are one thing with the sun itself the same way the world and God are one thing united it just looks to us that the world has a separate existence to it. In truth the world is just like a ray of God's emanation completely dependent on him for life and in truth one thing with Him. As we get closer to Moshiach this concept can be understood easier and easier as more mesholim come out from the physical world. For example we see an action figure in a video game written by a programmer running around the screen. Can one imagine the chutzpa of the video game character proclaiming that he is an independent reality to the program? Of course it's unimaginable for when ever the programmer wants he can just pull the plug and the whole reality of the video game will disappear. The video game character is just an end result of the programmers code much like the world is here due to God's code keeping it going.

And so is our blog called, God-World (and Moshiach) for that's the true reality.

Gilat Shalit, Rebbe and Moshiach's coming.

Haven't posted anything here for a while now, after all the blog was officially closed for business. I saw a cute story which I'm sure most people have heard about at this point about Gilat Shalit's mother receiving the Rebbe dollar, with the dates on the dollar corresponding exactly twenty years to the date from when it was given to Gilat's release from jail and his arriving in Eretz Yisroel respectfully. It just goes to show us that the Rebbe is right down here with us in Olam Haze HaGashmi - the physical world doing and helping us all he can and very soon when the time will be just right the Rebbe will rise like a lion and take every Jew and righteous gentile out of golus into the sweet and long awaited geula.

This blog is officially closed for business.

I would like to say thank you to every person who's visited here. Blogging just takes too much time if one is to do it right and I don't have any more of that for a while now. I guess I'll keep it up online for now and let it collect dust. I hope everyone has themselves a great afternoon.

Moshiach Is Almost Here.

Things really are moving incredibly fast. Many evil regimes are falling in the world. While the American president is not taking a stance on the world stage as he should. When will the final redemption come? Will it be on Purim or Pesach or simply today? When the Moshiach does come how can we expect it to be someone totally unknown to us? I believe it has to be a Jewish figure that we are all already familiar with. With so much turmoil in the Middle East the world is not focusing so much on Israel's "sins" so to speak. So it's a good time for Israel to show her moral strength and return to God almighty and his Code of law. Is the fall of the arab leaders comparable to the tenth plague of the killing of the first born child?

What a time to be living. When one can simply open the news and see so clearly Moshiach is coming at any moment. Rejoice yidden all that God had done he had done for you!

Half a shekel

B"H

In this week's Torah reading of parsha Ki Tisa, we are commanded in the mitzvah of "machatzit hashekel", giving a silver coin valued half a shekel.

This is a commandment which is the same for every Jew, rich or poor. It represents the most intrinsic and essential level of all the Jewish people being a complete whole and unity together and with G-d.

All of the mitzvahs, commandments of G-d, are to be understood in a spectrum of ways. From the deepest most lofty understanding of each commandment, down to the most important and essential way of knowing exactly how to fulfill the mitzvah and to actually do it. The most important thing is to do what G-d wants us to to, because He commanded us to do so. Both Jews and non-Jews have to do G-d's commandments with the intention of doing so to fulfill His will. With this in mind, we can learn many other teachings that come from the Torah.

There is a special way to see this mitzvah of the half-shekel and it's different meanings in light of the "success principals". Besides all of the varied lessons and concepts in being successful, such as having very clearly defined goals, persistence, having a master-mind group etc, the most important and essential "tool" is the complete trust in G-d. This such a powerful reality and of such importance to success, that America made it a point of constant reminder by minting every-single coin and bill with the phrase "In G-d we trust".

It's truly amazing to see that non-Jews who are not commanded in the mitzvah of the half-shekel, had so clearly seen the importance and truth of this lesson that they wanted to dedicate not only the half-dollar to G-d but every single coin and bill.

The Lubavitcher spoke out about this in an amazing way, see the video in the link below:

The Rebbe and Mubarak.

We see from this video that when a Jew follows the shulchan aruch and resolves not to give away or even consider giving away any part of Eretz Yisroel the goyim respect them and honor them. The Rebbe is shown to be once and again the real Prophet and Leader of our generation.

Has Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah passed away?

http://www.businessinsider.com/abdullah-dies-report-2011-2

Whats is happening to the middle east? So much upheaval and turbulence lately. It seems that Hashem is preparing the way for the Jews to come home to Eretz Yisroel with Moshiach.

Before the Jewish People left Egypt there was a big miracle on Shabbos Hagodol where the Egyptians rebelled against their own government and demanded that the Jewish people go and serve God. So now we can again see the world demanding that all Jews find themselves in a state of Geula.

Moshiach's Request

B"H

Most people know that when the Baal Shem Tov ascended on high to the spiritual chamber where Moshiach resides, the famous indication and cause of geula proclaimed was "when your wellsprings will spread forth to the farthest depths and reaches".

Few people know that the Baal Shem Tov became greatly pained and distraught, however, because Moshiach told him that he will come only when "even the laymen will make spiritual unifications like you (the Baal Shem Tov) do".

The Baal Shem Tov learned 3 segulas and 3 holy names, which helped relieve him in thinking that it will be possible for all of us average people to do and therefore attain his (the Baal Shem Tov's) spiritual status and reveal Moshiach. But, he was not allowed teach this and we were not privileged to have this information.

However, the Baal Shem Tov was very generous to give us a 'simple' way to do spiritual unifications which will BS"D cause Moshiach's arrival immediately if not sooner:

(http://www.chabadlibrary.org/books/)

In english:

When you pray, learn Torah, and everything you speak about (every word that leaves your lips) have the intention to unify a holy name. Because, in every letter there is the aspect of worlds, souls, and G-dliness. These aspects rise spiritually, and connect and unite together, and afterwords the letters connect and unite. Then [they become] a word, and unite in a ultimate way with G-dliness. Also you should combine your soul with them (the letters) and all the aspects (worlds, souls, G-dliness), and all the worlds unify as one and ascend [and they become] an extraordinary joy and enjoyment without measure. When you understand the joy of a bride and groom in this world (in simple terms), and how much more so in this incredibly elevated spiritual level.
