My conversation with an environmentalist

Top Four Reasons Why Torah Judaism is Environmentally Friendly and in Touch with Nature:

Firstly, many men don't shave their beards which is the way "nature designed man to be", shaving is going against nature.
Secondly, we dunk in a mikvah, with water that came from rain or a large body of water such as a lake or an ocean.
Thirdly, and most importantly when we observe Shabbos we don't disturb nature at all. We don't make fire, turn lights on or off, or tear letters (such as when paper is torn).
We let nature rest and we rest.
And last but not least, we don't cut down fruit bearing trees and we don't waste resources as proscribed by the Torah's commandment of bal tashkis.

A gut voch. (Have a good week)
